 Oh my God this angers me to no end. I live in a cul-de-sac and have hedges that are about the same size as my trashcan. I put it where my fence meets the house/hedges and it's not noticable unless you stop within like a 5 foot radius in the cul-de-sac and sure enough the fuckers sent me a notice... 3 notices. 3 notices in 2 months the one and only time I winterized my lawn. They considered a green lawn in the middle of December "excessive weed growth."

 Reminds me of that one video he had of a bike lock somebody sent in because a locksmith had to wreck the lock and the person that hired him called LPL a hack. The dude bet the locksmith LPL could get it open faster. The total time of the video was longer than the locksmith took, but LPL spent like 2/3s of the video setting up the story before absolutely flexing. E veryone in the photo is wearing black and white except the person who is handing out a box of flowers. they are probably not even a guest at the wedding even, so I do think you're probably right about the woman having been requested to wear black or white.  Ok, so I had the same reaction. Vogue says that it's a generational/cultural thing. Some people care, typically older generations, some people don't care, typically younger people.  Older folks in my family complain about me wearing black at all, let alone to a wedding. Maybe I don't want to do multiple loads of laundry, ever think about that, Margaret?? I think it’s considered too funeral to wear full black. I used to have a couple of staple black and white floral dresses to wear to weddings. Nice enough without being fancy.
